Now, when you first go to update, the update notes don't mention any of the amazing new features. From memory, it only mentions bug fixes. Don't worry, because this update is waaaay more than just bug fixes. Let's have a look.
When you first log in, you may notice the new phone icon, which replaces the old daily challenges menu. This phone is the new menu, where you can find most of the features that you can't access from your menu bar. At the moment, the only things you can view are the daily challenges, the CP Island blog, and settings, but I'm sure more features will be added in the future. Just look at all the free spots.
Another cool new feature added is the catalog. You can access it by going into the My Styles menu, and clicking the catalog button. You can buy styles other penguins have created, based on a theme, or create your own style. You can do this by clicking the Go button next to the theme, which brings you to the area where you design a piece of clothing.
One of the last great things about the update is a map. No more walking from Beacon Boardwalk to the Sea Caves! You can access it by clicking on the far right icon on your menu bar.
What an update! It's not over either, as you may have noticed, but the island is starting to look a bit more "earthy". But that's for later.
Update: I only just noticed this after I finished the main post, but more tubes have been added as well! You unlock them as you level up, and you can choose your own tube by going to the party menu and clicking on Tubes. Check out my sick dragon tube!
