The first challenge is nice and easy; just play a guitar on the stage in Coconut Cove.
The second challenge requires some keen eyes. What you have to do is find five different chairs in the Sea Caves and sit in them. The first two chairs are just to the left of the archway you immediately see when diving down into the water.
The next two chairs are at the very bottom of the Sea Caves, next to the SS Convenience shop.
The last chair is actually pretty obvious when you think about it. It's the throne, in the throne room.
The third challenge also takes place in the Sea Caves. To complete it, just swim past two brain coral. The first coral is located in the small cavern to the left of the party submarine. You get to the cavern by swimming through the hatch, also to the left of the party submarine.
The second coral is actually about halfway through the race course, so just start the race and keep following the track until you swim past the coral.
The last challenge is a whole community challenge. The big goal is to complete 500 races. Believe it or not, it's only been about half an hour since the new daily challenges appeared (at time of writing), and this challenge is already over half way complete. Amazing! I'll update this post when it's finished.
