Greetings

Well, here we are. The Club Penguin we all knew and loved was switched off just a few days ago. If your reaction was anything like mine, it was a very sad moment. I'm still feeling the effects of it now. Even though, however, Club Penguin Classic has, and always will have, a very special place in our hearts, I believe it's time for the next chapter in our adventure: Club Penguin Island.

So, introductions! I'm S8s1, a long-time Club Penguin player, who admittedly, hasn't played Club Penguin properly in about two years. I actually used to own another blog about Classic Club Penguin, which ran for around three years. If you're looking for me on Club Penguin Island, this is what I currently look like:

As you can see, my username is TheS8s1, so feel free to add me. I'll try to accept as many requests as I can. I'll also post an update if I make any major changes to my look.

To be completely honest, I have no idea how this blog will go. I might run it for the next five years, or I might stop after a month. For me, it all depends on the progress of Club Penguin Island. I'm having a lot of fun with it at the moment, and with re-entering back into the community. Also, if you haven't seen it already, they've announced a bunch of updates that will hit soon, which look very exciting.

I'm quite interested to see how this blog turns out. As you can probably see, it's not completely finished. I hope to have it somewhat resembling a finished product in a week, maybe two. My main focus at the moment is to create a basic guide to CP Island, for all players.

I hope that, if you're reading this, you find some value from this blog and its future, and I look forward to the times to come.
